We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Austria, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, and Japan.
Note: Certain products may face shipping restrictions due to local or state regulations, hazardous materials, oversized or irregular items, or address types that some carriers are unable to deliver to.

Will I need to pay customs or duties?
Yes. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Which courier will deliver my package?
Amazon serves as our logistics partner for shipping PORTTA products. They select the carrier they believe will provide the best experience for our customers.

I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
We try to ship all items in one package.
However, some products may ship separately. You will receive a tracking email for each shipment.

Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
No. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
You may cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
If cancellation is requested after 1 hour, return shipping fees may apply.
If a wrong address is provided, PORTTA is not responsible for lost packages.
