Product Warranty & 2-Year Extension
At PORTTA, we are committed to delivering reliable products and long-term customer support. Every product undergoes strict quality control and testing before leaving our factory. To give you peace of mind, we provide the following warranty coverage:
Standard Warranty
- Coverage: All PORTTA products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
- Extended Coverage: Register your product on our official website within 30 days of purchase to receive an additional 1-year warranty (total of 2 years).
- Scope: During the warranty period, PORTTA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective products free of charge.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid under the following conditions:
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The product must be used under normal operating conditions and for its intended purpose.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided upon request.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Improper installation, handling, or storage.
- Failure to follow product instructions, safety guidelines, or maintenance requirements.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.).

Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Us – Email official@port-ta.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Supporting photos/videos are recommended.
- Assessment – Our support team will evaluate your claim and confirm eligibility under this policy.
- Resolution – If approved, PORTTA will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at no additional cost (excluding shipping fees for items returned without a confirmed defect).
Limitations of Liability
- PORTTA’s responsibility is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under this warranty.
- PORTTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
- Warranty services are only available in the country or region of original purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
