Warranty Conditions

Warranty Claim Process

  2. Assessment – Our support team will evaluate your claim and confirm eligibility under this policy.
  3. Resolution – If approved, PORTTA will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at no additional cost (excluding shipping fees for items returned without a confirmed defect).
Limitations of Liability
  • PORTTA’s responsibility is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under this warranty.
  • PORTTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
  • Warranty services are only available in the country or region of original purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
