Thank you for shopping with PORTTA. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase made through our official website (Port-ta.com), you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Purchases made through third-party platforms (Amazon, Kickstarter, authorized distributors, or retailers) are subject to their respective return policies.
Return Eligibility
Returned products must meet the following requirements:
- Condition: Undamaged, with no significant signs of wear or use (e.g. scratches, stains, odors, adhesive marks).
- Completeness: Must include all original accessories (cables, power adapter, remote control, manuals, etc.).
- Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Bulk or corporate orders (10+ units of the same product) are only eligible for return if items are defective.
Return Process
1. Submit a Request
Contact: official@port-ta.com with your order number/proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos/videos (if quality issue). A return label will be provided.
2. Prepare the Package
Repack securely (outer box recommended). Attach the new return label clearly, covering old addresses/barcodes.
3. Ship & Confirm
Use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us for follow-up.
Note: Returns must be shipped from the same country/region of purchase. International returns cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Non-quality returns (change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.)

- Shipping, payment fees, and optional services (insurance, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Quality-related returns (defective, damaged, incorrect item)

- PORTTA covers reasonable return shipping costs (up to USD $10/order). Any higher costs require prior written approval.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

- Provide clear photos/videos of the outer box and contents.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and passes inspection.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, but may appear on your statement in the next billing cycle.
